Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of website design, hosting, and related services ("Services") provided by Munda Web Co ("we", "us", "our"), a division of Munda LLC.

1. Services

We provide website design, development, deployment, and hosting services for small businesses. All websites are built using AI-assisted tools and deployed to cloud hosting infrastructure.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is as listed on our website at the time of purchase.
• Monthly hosting plans are billed automatically via Stripe.
• All fees are in USD. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
• Failed payments will be retried for up to 14 days before service suspension.

3. Website Ownership

• You own the content you provide (text, logos, images).
• Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the website design we create.
• We retain the right to showcase your website in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
• Source code and design files are delivered upon request after full payment.

4. Hosting & Uptime

• Hosted sites are deployed to Cloudflare Pages with SSL included.
• We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

5. Revisions

• Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds (see plan details).
• Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.
• Revision requests must be submitted in writing (email).

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Monthly hosting can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• One-time design fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
• If we fail to deliver a website within 30 days of payment, you may request a full refund.
• Upon cancellation, your site will be taken offline within 7 days unless you arrange alternative hosting.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to host malware, or to distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the website, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
